Product Description

Adhesive for inflatable sponge cushion is using isocyanate raw material, high quality polyester polyols and polyether polyol as base material, adding other functional additives made of single component polyurethane adhesive, which has the features that  easy to use, high adhesive strength, good adhesive flexibility and so on.  It is suitable for all kinds of material surface coating bonding adhesive.

Application Materials:

Sponge and PVC, sponge and leather, plastic and leather and so on.

Instruction:

It's suitable for assembly line roller coating, brush and spray coating, it can also be used for manual work; Production rate and time requirements can be achieved by adjusting formula. It can drift operation after 2 hours curing at room temperature and will achieve the best physical properties after 24 hours, no degumming phenomenon, heating fast curing performance is stronger. The curing temperature can be in 80-200 ºC, Self-adjusting within 0.5 to 30 minutes.



 

Attention:

1. The product should be sealed when non- use to prevent solvent evaporation and moisture  into the product.

2. The best usage period of the product is within 3 months, it should be stored in a cool and dry place, it should be used as soon as possible in summer to shorten the storage time.

3. Due to the differences in the process conditions of the units, we suggest you start of mass use after the applicable condition of test product is passed.
